今天的兩位主角 :

John and Fiona have just arrived in London at Heathrow Airport. John is going to a hotel in King's Cross and Fiona's going to stay with her uncle in Camden. They need to work out how to get into the centre of town and decide on what type of transport to use.

強與費歐納兩人剛抵達了倫敦希斯若機場。強要前往今晚即將下榻的旅館,位置在King's Cross。費歐納則要去找在Camden的舅舅。他們一起在研究要如何搭乘合適的交通工具前往目的地呢?

Listen 1: Choosing transport from Heathrow into town

After they collect their luggage, John and Fiona think about the best way to get into the centre of London. They know a taxi will be too expensive, but they can't agree on the best form of transport.

John and Fiona are about to make their way to their accommodation and have decided to take the tube. John is going to a hotel in King's Cross and Fiona's going to stay with her uncle in Camden. John goes to buy some tickets.

Listen 3: In the Underground station

John and Fiona are about to make their way to their accommodation using the tube. John is going to a hotel in King's Cross and Fiona's going to stay with her uncle in Camden. They look at the Tube map on the station platform to help plan their route to their different destinations.
