在現代化的社會裏面,出現了許多的文明病,而這些病,通常都是因為心理因素所引起的。在資訊爆炸的時代,每天有數以萬計的訊息和新知識需要我們去認識、去了解。這些東西,在無形之中,讓我們的生活壓力越來越大。不斷的被新的東西追著跑。因為,如果你不跟上腳步,可能你明天就會被這個社會淘汰,變成社會的邊緣人。在這樣的世界,不論是生活、愛情、工作都變得複雜許多,所以,要在這樣的環境下生存,每個人的壓力都在日積月累,雖然我們自己可能不自知,但是,長久下來,如果你不找地方或是方式紓壓,心病就會漸漸浮現,進而影響到你的生理狀況。
小編我的舒壓方式,就是假日一定要出去走走,不論是在市區或是郊外,反正,一定要讓自己遠離平常上班熟悉的區塊,轉移一下目標。另外,個人認為,運動也是個很棒的舒壓方式。休閒娛樂方面,我盡量會在一年內,安排一到兩次出國旅遊的行程,讓我和家人都可以共度美好的時光。在旅遊的途中,也會遇到許多意想不到的事情喔!

Well actually, a lot of stuff. Work is very stressful these days. Dealing with customers is a very hard thing and also the traffic jams, the weather – the weather is very, is very hard.

There are many sources that make us feel stressful. In the interview, people said that exams, friends and girlfriends are all possible cause of stress. In our life, stress is everywhere. However,how do we deal with it and make it go away? Different people have different ways.
Especially in the information exponential era nowadays, we are eagerly required to absorb countless information and update new knowledge in a very fast pace. The globalization is also another reason that we are pushed to be at the front as the competition is now worldwide, not locally.
