英文叫 unpaid leave / non-paid leave。

這也是工作壓力的來源之一吧 !!

With staff numbers being cut, workloads are also a problem, as are concerns over job security.

3.  Why are commercial airline pilots the most stressed ?

They are not only expected to guarantee the safety of passengers, but also to keep their flights on-time, even when flying in bad weather.
